Q: When will my order ship?

A: Preorder Shipping Times

For preorders, the time in which your order is shipped will vary. For any preorder, orders should be shipped by 5 weeks from the order date. 

Ready to Ship, Shipping Times

Any items that are labeled “ready to ship” in the product description will ship in 21 days.

Q: Will the jewelry turn my skin green?

 A: Some metals — especially bronze — contain copper, which can react with moisture and your skin.

This may cause a temporary green tint. It’s completely harmless, not permanent, and varies from person to person.

Think of it as chemistry, not a flaw.

 

 

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?

 

A: Select custom requests and sizing may be available depending on the piece and current capacity.

Q: When will items restock?

A: Most pieces are one-of-a-kind or released in small, limited batches.

However, our sculpted rings are created using a molding process, allowing select designs to be reproduced and restocked over time.

Even then, slight variations may occur — each piece is finished by hand and carries its own subtle uniqueness.
